Recent changes to legislation have resulted in all Commercial properties for sale or rent requiring a Commercial Energy Certificate, Asbestos Report and also an Air Conditioning report by January 2011.
To meet this requirement the Directors of Westcoast and Greenhouse joined forces to form UK Commercial Surveys in 2010.
